The Company consists of a large, well balanced, highly qualified personnel with the following distribution:

The key positions are held by the following people:

1. Francois Malan Hattingh (Managing Director)

Born in the Eastern Cape and matriculated at Cradock Boys High School, He obtained his B.Sc (Land Surveying) Degree in 1977 from the Pretoria University. Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in 1978, after which he did his articles at ESKOM. In 1979 joined a private practice with the intentions to broaden his horizons. He gained invaluable experience over a period of 20 years and founded his own company in March 1997. Member of both the Transvaal and Free State Institutes of Land Surveyors.

2. Anton Nelson (Director)

Matriculated from Springbok High School, he went on to study Land Surveying at the University of Pretoria. In 1997 he obtained his BSc Degree in Land Surveying and has been in our employ ever since. Mr Nelson was registered as a professional Land Surveyor during December 1998 and is currently heading the Pretoria office.

3. Helena Nelson (Office Manageress)

After completing her National Diploma in Commerce, she was employed as a Secretary/CAD Operator in October 1996. In 1997 underwent an Advanced CAD training course, and is responsible for the administration, finance & drawings in the Pretoria office.

4. Patrick Kauma (Head of Technical Surveys)

A Surveyor with 14 years experience, and has been with the Company since January 2001. He has been actively involved with GPS real time surveys, Wild Theodolites, Leica Digital Theodolites, Leica Total Stations and has experience is most computer packages. Patrick is currently heading the field teams.

5. Tatenda Winston Chipandambira (Land Surveyor in training)

After completing his Bsc hons degree in Surveying and Geomatics in 2005, he joined the Company in May 2006.

6. Alfred Hlube (Head of Field Teams)

He was employed as a Survey Assistant as from 1980 and was trained in house where he gained invaluable experience as a Survey Technician Assistant. He is responsible for the field teams and the recruitment and training of local labour on projects.

7. Michael Monene (Survey Assistant)

Employed as a Survey Assistant in 2006 and is being trained in house.

8. Michael Mbambo (Administrative Assistant)

He was employed by the Company in 2001. He is currently responsible for basic administrative duties, logistics and day to day banking and postage.
