In all the above projects our responsibilities include the following:  

 

  1. Contour survey
  2. Verification of property descriptions, servitude, restrictive conditions of title and other land rights;
  3. preparation of an outside figure diagram and control survey;
  4. calculating boundaries, surveying and pegging of erven boundaries;
  5. lodging and obtaining approval of S.G. diagrams and General Plan;
  6. supplying all the necessary diagrams, documents, certificates and plans, and copies thereof, arising out of appointment;
  7. preparation, certification and submission of servitudes, small scale diagrams and related cadastral data as may be required by statutory bodies;
  8. liaison with other members of the professional team for the effective co-ordination of the development;
  9. attendance at all professional team meetings as and when required.
